Primarily urban streets, alleys, and sidewalks. I am a cartographic field technician, which involves making corrections to official maps, and I have biked as much as 50 miles in one day in a mostly suburban area for work assignments.
At the age of 27 I had to completely relearn how to ride a bicycle, which I hadn't attempted in 20 years, because I am too poor to afford a car.
