My current route sucks...I live at the top of one hill and my job is at the top of another, so I end my ride both ways by having to go up hill...steep and long, about 1/2 a mile long in both directions.
43 years old, been riding seriously since I was 16. Started commuting back then and had a 12 year hiatus while serving on ships in the Navy. Longest ride so far is 175 miles. 135 the first day and 40 the second day going to Cape Hatteras lighthouse from VA Beach. I love touring and commuting on my bikes.
