I work for the Boys & Girls Clubs and work an afternoon schedule. I try to use the ride partially for training purposes, so I usually go out of my way 4 to 5 miles each day to add mileage.
I am a 43 year old with 4 children, all of whom are riders. I teach computers to youth ages 9-12
