Commutes 14 Miles RoundTrip for 15 years and months
Five Days a week, I use my bike to travel to and from work Year Round

My commute takes me from the suburbs continuing through the city of Nassau. Traffic congestion/ gridlock is very common. However using the bicycle I am able to save myself 2 1/2 hours every week over riding to work in a car.

I am 49 years old. I have worked as a bicycle technician for the past year. I was a former science teacher who also bicycle and commuted in the islands of Bimini, Andros and Eleuthera. ( All in the Bahamas)I have also done a 105 mile tour of Eleuthera in Christmas 1995. Had a blast cycling and meeting up with people.

I enjoy riding and greeting the people I see along the road. Usually I take my time. There are times when I do sprint and get very assertive with riding.
